Age Confirmation
You must be of legal drinking age in the country/territory where you live. If not please leave this website now. Before entering the site we will ask for age confirmation, before accepting an order we will ask for age confirmation again and also again before delivery.
If you wish to link this website on any other website you may only link to the age confirmation page without prior permission from Top Cat.
Pricing, Payment and Delivery
The products and prices displayed may be subject to change, dependant on various things. We may be prepared to offer a discount for bulk purchases, or offers from time to time but are not obliged to do so. Delivery charges may change dependant on method chosen, location and other factors – these will be clearly visible prior to checkout. If you have any specific delivery questions not covered before checkout please contact us.
Placing an order with the Tiger will be deemed acknowledgement that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change so please ensure that you read and understand them before each use of this website.
Payment will be calculated at checkout and must be made in full. We have chosen STRIPE as our payment providers in order to offer you the best protection. They offer the ability to pay using debit/credit cards/APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY as well as by bank transfer.
Once payment is received we will confirm the order and notify you about delivery. At this time we are only able to accept orders from UK addresses.
We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours.
All deliveries will meet the terms of the contract, both in terms of the quality and conformity of the goods and also delivery option chosen. Delivery timescales and charges may vary depending on the method chosen.
As we use Royal Mail 2nd class SIGNED FOR for delivery of bottles the actual delivery date may vary. We are happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands/ Isle of Man /Isle of Wight/Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. As certain locations are subject to potential unavailability of transport and/or customs checks we cannot be held liable for delivery timescales.
Cases will be delivered using our courier service who deliver Monday-Friday.
Delivery must be signed for by an age appropriate adult, whether at your address or elsewhere.
Your delivery should arrive in perfect condition. If the package is damaged please do not accept delivery and return it to the courier. If your goods are damaged or are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe please contact us either at the email address above or using our Contact Us page.
In accordance with clause 28(i)(d)(i) of the legislation above we have to inform you that your cancellation rights do not apply for ‘the supply of alcoholic beverages, where their price has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract’.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you need to return something please Contact Us first so that we can hear of your reason. If the goods are not damaged you will be liable for the return postage. Normal postage will be fine. We ask that you send us proof of postage if you return anything.
We cannot accept returns of open bottles for obvious health and safety reasons.
Intellectual Property
Top Cat is the registered owner of all the trademarks used on this site. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
All images used on this site either belong to Top Cat or to third parties. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. You are permitted to share images where permissions are granted but on the proviso that no images or other data is shared with anyone not of legal drinking age. Any images provided by you that are used on the website must be free of any Intellectual Property claim and you confirm that Top Cat can have ownership rights to those images.
The copyright in all text on this site and in associated documents belongs to Top Cat and any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of this website but can make no representations that it is not free or any virus or other technical issues. Please ensure that you carry out your own security checks prior to downloading any material.
Law
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into through our web shop are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
